Shipping was super fast and the rug is exactly as pictured. Quality is great and we are looking forward to having this rug in our home for a long time. We had some initial concerns about colors matching the pictures but it was perfect and free returns made it a low risk purchase
The first one we ordered was a bit too brindle for what we were hoping for (really lovely, we just didn’t want as much brindle) - and the exchange was free, and they sent us pictures of several alternatives so we would be able to see which we’d be getting. Both the original and the replacement were really beautiful and high quality, and customer service was great. A++.
