I came here to shop ethically and sustainably, they were fast at shipping and I love my cow hide!
This company does this work every day and knows exactly what they are doing. Large hide showed up via UPS Saver which hands the package over to the USPS for final delivery. They dook a large hide and stuffed it into a thin white plastic envelope shipping pack to save a few dollars. It was so tight in the thin envelope that it broke open in shipping and the shipper had to tape it up to make final delivery. This is called incompetent, cheap, low character shipping. If you buy from them you'd be advised to settle packing procedures with them before you pay to make sure they don't do this to you. When I messaged Alicia about this she gave me reasons why the pack could be broken open, like I care about her excuses. Should have been packed in a box and shipped with full UPS Ground, not some cheap "saver" shipping for what is supposed to be a life long purchase of a beautliful cow hide. Terrible employees and management.

The rug is beautiful but the charge add for protection if you want to return it is not. I did not select this charge yet it was unknowingly add to my final cost. Buyers beware. Somewhere in the checkout it is there.
My recommendation is to stop using USPS, they are terrible. I received my rug, but not my pillow. Why do companies even use the postal service?

I love my cowhide rug! The quality is great, and they're so easy to clean! If you're getting a rug, get coasters with it. I ordered a black and white rug and coasters, but the coasters were brown and white on the pics. I was soooo happy to find out they sent me matching black and white coasters ❤️😭
