I needed the rug very quickly and customer service was lovely (shoutout to Alicia) who quickly responded and helped me expedite. The rug was outstanding and it went to cattlemen and they know their stuff. They were very happy with the item that we gave as a gift.

I love this chair. I had been looking for versions all over Etsy, FB Marketplace, Chairish, etc. and this one was by far the best priced. The shipping took a while but customer service was incredibly transparent and helpful. The chair is extremely soft and comfortable, you can clearly tell its genuine sheepskin, and there is absolutely no smell to it like vintage wool/fur/hair sometimes has. The seat depth to back height ratio is perfect for me (I'm 5'3) and the chair is very sturdy. Highly, highly recommend!
My lab loves to lay on it, and once room is remodeled it will look great.

This rug is a dream! Beautiful pattern. No shedding, nonslip surface. Looks exactly like the advertisement. I’ve already purchased a second item and passed along the recommendation to others in my circle. For a person that rarely shops online this was a very comfortable experience.
